I roll with the wrong crowd most of the time, but have the outside illusion of an all-american man. i love shooting landscapes and nature close-ups. digital photography might be a hell of lot of fun, but film takes skill. my idol is Henri Cartier-Bresson. rock n roll is my favorite kind of music. Chuck Peterson is my hero rock n roll photographer. i'd rather be camping. i've been known as the cat whisperer.

I have often thought that if photography were difficult in the true sense of the term -- meaning that the creation of a simple photograph would entail as much time and effort as the production of a good watercolor or etching -- there would be a vast improvement in total output. The sheer ease with which we can produce a superficial image often leads to creative disaster.
